Groq Reportedly Weighs 3D-Stacked DRAM Over SRAM for Next AI Chip
Groq, whose inference technology NVIDIA licensed, is reportedly considering 3D-stacked DRAM for its next chips, TrendForce says citing ZDNet. The current LPU carries only 500MB of SRAM.
